Echo Electric in Norfolk, NE seeks a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will assist customers during the sales process, use ERP software to track orders, and promote products in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

You will support warehouse duties as needed and help maintain accurate pricing, stock and displays. The role requires a 1-year background in the electrical industry and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Effective communication, organization, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and navigate a warehouse environment.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.
• EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level training or commitment to complete within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software with a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders, prepare documentation, and conduct follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
