Echo Electric is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our team in the United States. This position supports customers through the sales process, utilizes ERP software, and helps manage orders while maintaining a professional demeanor.

You will assist with warehouse duties, develop customer relationships, and stay current on product knowledge. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in the electrical industry or related product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
• A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills. Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.
• Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
• Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
