Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Quincy, IL to support customers through the sales process and promote products. The role involves assisting customers, handling ERP orders, maintaining relationships, and contributing to a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stay organized and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software and maintain a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, preparing documentation, and following up.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment.
