Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative in Lincoln, NE. You will maintain product knowledge, assist customers through the sales process, and promote new products while collaborating with warehouse teams.

Join a team that values customer relationships, accurate pricing, stock management, and clean, safe work areas. A high school diploma and one year in the electrical industry are preferred; ERP experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively, stay organized and work in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around a warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.
• EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level training or commitment to complete within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software and maintain professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking, documenting, and following up.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Arrange and organize point-of-sale displays and shelves for visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Ensure pricing, labels and signage are accurate and visible.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe environment.
