Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative in Fort Dodge, IA. You will assist customers during the sales process, maintain product knowledge, and support warehouse tasks as needed.

You will use ERP software, process orders, develop relationships with customers, organize displays, monitor inventory, and help ensure accurate pricing and promotions while upholding a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Proficient with ERP software and basic computer skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software with a professional sales demeanor.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, documentation, and follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and generate stock requests.
• Arrange and organize point-of-sale displays and shelves for visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Ensure pricing, labels and promotions are accurate and visible.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe, clean environment.
