North Coast Electric is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to support contractor, industrial and OEM customers in our Portland area location. You will handle quotations, order entry, tracking and provide proactive customer service while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration, merchandising, and assisting the warehouse as needed. A background in electrical products and solid communication skills are preferred for success in this team-oriented environment.

Formación

• Previous sales experience and product knowledge in the electrical field is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word.
• Proficiency in Solar Eclipse is preferred.
• Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Counter sales for contractor, industrial & OEM market.
• Quotations, order entry, tracking, and proactive customer service.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors.
• Help warehouse with wire cuts, filling orders, and loading delivery truck.
• Daily merchandising display maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for gross margin and market share growth.
