QED in Aurora, CO is seeking a Counter Sales professional to manage customer orders by phone or in person and to coordinate with credit, warehouse, outside sales and management. You will quote prices, process sales, and handle warehouse duties including shipping and inventory control.

The role requires strong customer service, math skills and familiarity with QED computer systems and Microsoft Office. Schedule is 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, in Aurora, CO, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the job such as; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and metric scales; computing rate, ratio, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs; calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions.
• Possess in depth knowledge of QED computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Must be a team player and abide by QED's strong core values and beliefs.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products.
• Liaison between the customer and QED departments, including credit purchasing, warehouse, outside sales and management.
• Provides oral and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise.
• Warehouse responsibilities: shipping, receiving, inventory control and order pulling.
