Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders.
• Solicit sales of new or additional products.
• Liaise between the customer and QED departments including credit purchasing, warehouse and management.
• Provide quotes or estimates of prices, terms and delivery.
• Prepare sales tickets and process orders with correct identification and tax status.
• Estimate delivery dates and assist with purchasing procedures.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• Handle customer issues with diplomacy and resolve problems promptly.
