Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking an Electrical Coordinator in Lawton, OK, to support the full cycle of CWPs and IWPs on a range of projects. You will work with field teams to develop, issue, and track discipline packages, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.

The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and hands-on planning, with opportunities to contribute to project controls and material takeoffs on a 12-hour shift environment.

Qualifications

• Some construction experience required.
• Pre-employment onboarding may include background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of CWPs and IWPs.
• Participates in integrated planning sessions for IWPs.
• Produces discipline IWPs for basic projects.
• Compiles documentation to gain buy-in from superintendents and foreman.
• Assists with material takeoffs and project controls coordination.
• Maintains daily site logs and supports safety/compliance.
