Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on project sites, coordinating installation schedules and safety compliance with plans, codes, and regulations.

You will lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; review shop drawings, manage procurement, inspections, testing, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as an Electrical General Superintendent or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.
• 3+ years of experience in field construction management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, and electrical work sequences; ensure coordination between electrical activities and other trades.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians; provide guidance and supervision for safe installations.
• Oversee electrical construction activities including procurement, installation, wiring, and testing; ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Review subcontractor work, resolve conflicts, and monitor performance to meet project milestones and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation, review shop drawings, submittals, and QA/QC records.
