Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and ensure successful installation of electrical systems.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Houston, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must pass Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and procurements.
• Manage and optimize resources (labor, equipment, materials).
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards through quality control.
• Lead project teams and manage client relationships and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; promote health and safety.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure on-time delivery.
