Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• Ability to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Schedule Management: Define milestones, critical paths, and dependencies; ensure timely completion of activities.
• Resource Allocation: Manage labor, equipment and materials; optimize utilization and delivery.
• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and document progress.
• Team Management: Lead engineers, technicians and subcontractors; resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor regularly.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain client communication, handle changes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Promote safety culture and enforce regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain contracts, permits, drawings, change orders and progress reports.
