Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities with preconstruction and estimating teams.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and logs; track key data and change orders.
• Enter subcontract and billing information into accounting systems; monitor compliance documentation.
• Support or lead project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Manage and track the project closeout process and prepare O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.
