Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Healthcare facility experience with ICRA qualifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of team members and customers through proactive oversight.
• Manage staff to meet project deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Coordinate with customers and teams to maximize satisfaction.
• Schedule material orders and crew releases to align with 4‑week plans.
• Review submittals and ensure alignment with plans and specs.
• Support change order processes with proper approvals.
• Coach field staff for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Engage with inspectors, clients, and team to maintain good relationships.
