Job summary

k2 electric, llc is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager with job start, execution, and closeout. You will organize plan files, coordinate RFIs, track submittals, and monitor procurement logistics for electrical field projects.

Responsibilities include ensuring field crews understand scope, reviewing specifications, maintaining logs, and assisting in site visits and cost tracking. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and understanding prints/designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to priorities.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Proactive problem solving and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize project plan files and consolidate trade sheets.
• Prepare RFIs and update project team with responses.
• Price standard change orders and log changes.
• Schedule pre-construction coordination meetings and document actions.
• Track submittals and ensure PO release alignment.
• Maintain site visit logs and weekly procurement tracking.
• Prompt foremen for As-Built Drawings and track punch lists.
• Participate in recap meetings to review cost to complete.
