Job summary

k2 electric, llc is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the link between estimating, project management, engineering, and field teams. You will coordinate startup activities, manage documentation, track project data, and facilitate cross-department communication to keep projects on time and on budget.

The role supports initiation and closeout processes, maintains organized systems, and leads coordination meetings to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience with project documentation and coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities with preconstruction, estimating, and management teams.
• Maintain organized electronic project files, logs, and billing data.
• Enter subcontract and billing information into accounting systems and ensure accuracy.
• Lead or support project meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.
• Manage project closeout, including O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranties.
• Assist in process improvements and team training as needed.
