Responsibilities

• Manage project logistics and assist field team with project implementation.
• Assist Project Manager with job start, job completion, and job closeout.
• Organize Project Plan Files and combine individual sheets into one file.
• Cross reference all trade sheets for power requirements.
• Write RFIs, notify project team of updates.
• Price standard change orders.
• Conduct pre-construction coordination meetings.
• Track gear, fixture, and specialty orders.
• Prompt Foremen to submit As-Built Drawings.
• Track punch list and attic stock.
• Participate in Recap Meetings.
