• Proficiency in construction management software and ability to read blueprints.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute project-related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and tracking.
• Assist in tracking project scope changes and drafting change orders.
• Monitor project timelines and schedule necessary resources.
• Compile final project closeout packages for clients.
• Liaise between the corporate office and field teams.
