Job summary

K2 Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the critical link between estimating, project management, engineering, and field teams in an electrical construction environment. You will support startup activities, manage documentation and compliance, track project data, and facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders to keep initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with project documentation and coordination is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities with preconstruction and estimating teams.
• Maintain organized electronic project files and logs; track key data and change orders.
• Lead or support project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Manage and track project closeout documentation, including O&M manuals and warranties.
• Assist in process improvements and team training as needed.
