Job summary

EC Electric is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager for Special Projects in Renton, WA. The role covers marketing through project closeout, with a focus on profit, supervision, customer relations and fiscal/contract management.

Responsibilities include project planning, cost tracking, status reporting, take-offs and estimating for electrical work, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, safe projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work
• Marketing & building profitable jobs
• Decision making responsibility concerning project cost, time and performance
• Cross-selling of other company operations through fully integrated solutions
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations
• Coordinate and direct work force
• Supporting an injury free work environment and safety culture
