EC Electric in Renton, WA is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager for Special Projects on-site. The role leads projects from marketing through closeout, with responsibility for profit, supervision, and customer relations.

You will plan and execute projects, track costs, prepare monthly status and completion reports, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical projects from concept through closeout.
• Ability to track job costs and provide status reports.
• Strong coordination with contractors, vendors and in-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, execution, job cost tracking, and job closure.
• Provide monthly project status detail and percent of completion reports.
• Detailed take-off and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial and light industrial work.
• Marketing and building profitable jobs.
• Decision-making on project cost, time and performance.
• Cross-selling of other company operations through integrated solutions.
• Interfacing with contractors, vendors, and in-house operations.
• Coordinate and direct workforce; maintain safety culture.
