Job summary

EC Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team and ensure successful completion of commercial electrical construction projects in the Renton, WA area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive project management in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience overseeing portfolios exceeding $10 million annually.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management and change orders.
• Ability to lead project teams and mentor others.
• Proven scheduling, procurement, cash flow and QA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets and quality standards.
• Develop and communicate project execution plans with stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration, claims, and disputes resolutions.
• Coordinate with estimators on cost, value and turnover.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Maintain master schedule and resource loading.
• Forecast monthly financials for all projects.
• Mentor project managers and assistants on the team.
• Attend owner/GC meetings to maintain open communication.
