Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
• Electrical engineering degree required, or 5–10 years as foreman and 10+ years PM experience.
• Proven knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects.
• Experience with heavy power distribution, instrumentation, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and ensure successful completion of construction projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, job cost tracking and job closure.
• Provide monthly status reports and percent complete tracking.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain safety culture and an injury-free work environment.
• Cross-sell integrated company solutions and manage on-site foremen.
