Job summary

EC Electric in Renton, Washington seeks an Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead the project team on complex low voltage and electrical construction initiatives. This on-site role focuses on safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

You will oversee a portfolio valued up to $30 million, ensure QA/QC, manage costs, and maintain strong owner and subcontractor relationships while pursuing cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar industrial construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 10+ years on large projects as foreman/PM alternative.
• Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Project Managers and projects.
• Manage up to $30 million in electrical construction projects.
• Decide on project cost, time and performance targets.
• Plan, execute, and close jobs with cost tracking.
• Provide monthly status and percent complete reports.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, vendors and in-house operations.
• Cross-sell integrated company solutions.
