EC Electric in Renton, WA seeks an experienced Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, manage contracts, safety programs, and client relations, while coordinating with Estimating and procurement to optimize cash flow and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive PM experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience managing portfolios exceeding $10 million annually and responsibility for financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, change orders, claims resolution, and subcontractor/vendor agreements.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, procurement, cash flow projections, and QA programs.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety standards and injury-free work practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial targets.
• Develop and communicate the project execution plan to necessary parties.
• Manage contract management, claims and disputes resolutions.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling, cash flow forecasting, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate weekly owner/GC meetings to sustain open communication.
