Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the United States to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will manage submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes, coordinate with subcontractors, and help maintain logs and manuals for Owner and Maintenance.

This role offers growth through hands-on site exposure and a collaborative, ownerminded culture. The position requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and document control logs.
• Prepare logs and documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue Subcontractors' contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure adherence to the project quality control plan.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for documentation and drawings.
• Maintain the Warranty Log and related records.
• Attend meetings with clients and vendors; provide PM support.
• Assist field personnel and monitor contractor progress.
• Create Job Information Sheets and project files.
