Job summary

Kap Project Services in Wheatfield, IN is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution on a major Combined Cycle Power Plant project. This role bridges Project Controls, Scheduling, and Construction Execution.

You will work with subcontractors and project teams to improve planning quality, readiness, and schedule adherence, driving overall project performance. This is not a traditional scheduler role.

Qualifications

• Combined Cycle Power Plant experience.
• Strong planning and construction execution background.
• Experience working directly with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor planning and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify and help resolve planning and execution gaps.
• Support work readiness and execution planning efforts.
• Monitor project milestones and identify risks or constraints.
• Coordinate with construction, project controls, and subcontractors.
• Lead planning and coordination meetings.
• Support schedule recovery and execution improvement initiatives.
• Verify field work is aligned with project objectives and cost coding requirements.
