Job summary

These roles bridge Project Controls, Scheduling, and Construction Execution, working closely with subcontractors to improve planning quality and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates will have heavy industrial construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and planning tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industrial construction and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor planning and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify and help resolve planning and execution gaps.
• Support work readiness and execution planning efforts.
• Monitor project milestones and identify risks or constraints.
• Coordinate with construction, project controls, and subcontractors.
• Lead planning and coordination meetings.
• Support schedule recovery and execution improvement initiatives.
• Verify field work is aligned with project objectives and cost coding requirements.
