Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction management, civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in construction project coordination, project controls, or field engineering (power/utility/industrial experience preferred).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative without prompting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across field to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of a large-scale power construction project with the Project Director and leadership.
• Track schedules, deliverables, and action items; flag risks early.
• Coordinate communication between field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and project leadership.
• Assist with document control: submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and contract docs.
• Support procurement and material tracking to maintain pace.
• Organize and run project meetings (agendas, minutes, follow-up).
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide on-site support as needed.
