Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Assistant Project Manager to provide general management for electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and commissioning scopes.

The role supports commissioning and startup schedules and requires PC proficiency, MS Office skills, and knowledge of electrical construction trades. Travel is 75–100% with standard office hours and flexible scheduling to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Travel: 75–100%
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may work any day/time to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Contact vendors to obtain materials for construction projects.
• Participate in performance evaluation processes and maintain employee relations.
• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects to meet profitability, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales).
• Process miscellaneous paperwork.
• Review outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Visit job sites and coordinate with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure progress and safety.
• Perform other related duties as required.
