Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Cx Project Manager to provide general management of electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and Commissioning scopes, while effectively leading commissioning and startup schedules.

The candidate should be proficient with PC software, Google G-Suite, and have knowledge of electrical construction. Travel is heavy (75–100%), with a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management and 8+ years of commissioning/start-up experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent training/experience.
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with 8 years of commissioning/start-up for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects >$25MM in contract value preferred.
• Travel: 75-100%.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget; coordinates with Estimating for accuracy.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan; ensures safety and client specifications alignment.
• Coordinates with client and stakeholders on start-up activities; leads meetings (QAQC/Commissioning, Equipment, Scheduling).
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs; coordinates with parties to mitigate issues.
• Coordinates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies for coverage during commissioning/startup.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and related topics for direct reports.
• Acts as coach and developer of managerial talent; trains team members.
• Creates a supportive environment that values positive feedback and continuous improvement.
