Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CX Project Manager to lead QAQC and commissioning scopes for electrical and/or mechanical systems, while managing schedules and startup activities. The role requires strong PC and Google G-suit proficiency and a background in electrical construction.

Education: BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required, with 5+ years in PM/CM/Commissioning roles and experience with projects over $25M. 75–100% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects >$25MM in value and travel 75-100%.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget with internal stakeholders.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan and ensures client compliance.
• Coordinates with client and affected parties on day-to-day startup activities and leads meetings.
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to mitigate items.
• Coordinates with third-party testing/commissioning agencies during startup procedures.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations for direct reports.
• Coaches and develops managerial talent within the team.
• Creates a constructive environment that emphasizes learning from mistakes.
