Faith Technologies Inc. seeks a Cx Associate Project Manager to drive electrical and specialty systems projects from initiation through start-up. The role emphasizes client relationship management, scope development, and collaborative execution with internal teams to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction or electrical disciplines, with experience in commissioning/start-up and a willingness to travel up to 100% to support project sites across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience or 5 years PM/CM/Project Engineering/Commissioning Mgmt experience; 8 years commissioning/start-up preferred.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects exceeding $25MM.

Responsabilités

• Supports generation of new business and networks with customers.
• Manages QAQC/Cx scope, schedule and budget collaboration with teams.
• Reviews QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates with internal groups to monitor progress of each deliverable.
• Leads daily, weekly and monthly meetings with client and team stakeholders.
• Coordinates with third‑party testing/commissioning agencies during start-up.
• Partners with Talent and Workforce on recruiting and staff development.
• Visits jobsites to ensure progress and safety compliance.
• Provides feedback and guidance to Cx Crew to meet goals.
