Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Project Manager to provide general management of QAQC and Commissioning scopes of work, while successfully managing startup schedules. The role requires five years of project/commissioning management experience and up to 100% travel.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google G-suit is expected, with knowledge of the electrical construction trade preferred. This is a high-impact leadership position in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience.
• 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects exceeding $25MM in contract value is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget; reviews estimates with Estimating Department.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan and ensures client-approved procedures.
• Coordinates with client and all parties on start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings.
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to mitigate them.
• Coordinates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure proper coverage.
• Partners with Human Resources to optimize recruiting and related topics for direct reports.
• Acts as coach and developer of managerial talent; develops and trains staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
