Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of field experience.
Travel requirement: 75-100%.
Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; flexible hours may be required.
Ability to lead small crews (2-5 electricians).
Perform safety checks per company policies, LOTO and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit, lighting, and basic control systems.
Inspect motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
Identify potential quality issues from construction documents.
Analyze startup/commissioning schedule and upcoming tasks.
Provide on-site coaching and development of employees.
Lead small crews (2-5 electricians) and drive safety initiatives.
Ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and installation standards are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine job site processes.
