Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cx Project Manager to provide general management of electrical and/or specialty systems QAQC and Commissioning scopes of work, and to successfully manage commissioning and startup schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong PM/Construction Management background and experience leading commissioning/start-up activities on large projects, with willingness to travel 75–100% and proficiency in MS Office and Google G-Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects exceeding $25MM in contract value strongly preferred
• Travel: 75 - 100%
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require other hours to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget
• Reviews outgoing QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating Department to ensure accuracy
• Properly utilizes internal functional groups and monitors progress of each deliverable for the project
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan
• Coordinates with client and all affected parties on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities
• Leads daily, weekly and monthly meetings (QAQC/Commissioning, Equipment, Scheduling, Staffing, Project Manager meetings)
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with parties to mitigate and clear issues
• Coordinates with third-party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure proper coverage during commissioning/startup procedures
• Partners with Human Resources to optimize recruiting and selection, employee relations, and related topics as they pertain to direct reports
• Acts as coach and developer of managerial talent; selects and trains individuals
• Creates a supportive environment that encourages learning from mistakes and constructive feedback
