Job summary

Crusoe in Arvada, CO is seeking a Category Manager, Electrical who will own the electrical spend category end-to-end at strategic level across Crusoe's site locations. You will lead market intelligence, supplier qualification, and contracting, while mitigating supply risks and ensuring AVL compliance.

This full-time role requires deep electrical equipment knowledge and strong negotiation skills, with dual-sourcing focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with NEC/UL compliance and electrical component specs for supplier evaluation.
• Hands-on contracting experience: read, structure, and redline complex terms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market intelligence and lead times for electrical categories.
• Own the AVL and ensure NEC/UL compliance.
• Develop 12–24 month category roadmap with dual-sourcing.
• Structure MSAs, pricing, terms, and SLAs to protect schedules.
• Manage single-source risk and lead times.
• Create supplier scorecards for performance.
