Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Category Manager, Power, to lead sourcing and supplier management for Crusoe Cloud data center categories. Based in Bellevue, WA, this full-time role drives cost efficiency, supply resiliency, and sustainable partnerships across regions.

You will own global category strategy, lead contract negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan needs, monitor spend, and optimize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement for data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with key global suppliers to meet quality and delivery standards.
• Lead negotiation of global supplier contracts and commercial terms for favorable pricing.
• Conduct risk management across the global supply base and contingency planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan category needs across the business.
• Analyze global spend and supplier performance to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic global suppliers.
• Implement sustainability practices in procurement and sourcing operations.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to maintain competitiveness.
