Crusoe, a leading AI infrastructure company, seeks a Global Category Manager, Cooling, to drive global sourcing, supplier management, and contract terms across data center categories. You will own category strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure cost efficiency and resiliency as Crusoe expands.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, negotiation excellence, and sustainability in procurement, with a flexible base in Bellevue, WA for a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, cloud, or hardware supply chains.
• Proven track record managing global supplier relationships at scale.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with global manufacturers and supplier qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing and category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with key global suppliers and ensure delivery performance.
• Lead negotiation of global contracts and favorable pricing/terms.
• Conduct risk management and contingency planning for the global supply base.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to plan category needs across the business.
• Analyze spend and supplier performance to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Integrate sustainability practices into procurement and sourcing operations.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
