Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of BIM design experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical systems design and the construction industry.
• Understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Familiarity with design and construction specifications and their function.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models coordinating with other discipline leads.
• Create and manage content for fully coordinated 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to fulfill design intent.
• Produce clash-free deliverables and adhere to project BIM standards.
