Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Production Technician for the ES AMER ARS division. The role pays $20.50 per hour with eligibility for a variable incentive program and day-one benefits.

The position runs 6 AM to 2:3 PM and involves wiring, assembling, and testing sub-assemblies in electrical control equipment. The role requires hands-on assembly experience with hand and power tools, ability to read drawings, and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an assembly related role with the use of hand and/or power tools.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit offered; must reside within 50 miles of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards according to drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and conformance with specs.
• Use wiring tools to perform electrical wiring assembly.
• Maintain progress and communicate shortages or issues.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and assist in lean initiatives.
