RTX's Collins facility in Manchester, NH seeks an Electrical Assembler I to perform basic electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, following workmanship standards and safety guidelines.

You will train, solder, install hardware, inspect your work, and participate in audits and continuous improvement while meeting customer deadlines. This safety-sensitive, onsite role requires US citizenship and a HS diploma; RTX offers comprehensive benefits and a structured training program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent vocational/technical education.
• US citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating after training.
• Inspect own work to ensure it meets workmanship standards and design specs.
• Meet productivity expectations to satisfy customer deadlines.
• Comply with RTX Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, Quality, and attendance rules.
• Participate in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in audits and trainings as required.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and workspace in good order.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor.
• Complete assigned tasks within scope and facilitate skill development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
