Job summary

RTX's Collins facility in Manchester, NH seeks an Electrical Assembler I to perform basic electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, following workmanship standards and safety guidelines.

You will train, solder, install hardware, inspect your work, and participate in audits and continuous improvement while meeting customer deadlines. This safety-sensitive, onsite role requires US citizenship and a HS diploma; RTX offers comprehensive benefits and a structured training program.

The Electrical Assembler I is responsible for performing basic electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, following established workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and safety guidelines. This role focuses on developing technical skills, maintaining quality and productivity expectations, and supporting team objectives through compliance, continuous improvement, and effective communication with leads and supervisors.

What You Will Do
  • Once properly trained and/or certified, perform specific tasks including but not limited to, soldering, hardware installation, post coating.

  • Under close supervision, inspects own work performed to ensure a quality product which conforms to workmanship standards, engineering requirements and design specifications.

  • Perform in accordance with productivity expectations to meet customer deadlines.

  • Comply with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, and attendance requirements.

  • Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events, as required.

  • Participate in audits.

  • Acquire applicableskill/knowledge/certificationsand complete trainings as required.

  • Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates.

  • Complete assigned tasks, not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this job description in support of department objectives and to develop individual skills.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:00PM (hours are flexible for a start window). Training will take place from 7:00AM-3:00PM for approximately 2-weeks.

Pay:

$21.00/HR
