Responsibilities include checking own work, meeting productivity goals, and participating in audits and improvement programs, with a safety-first approach and strict adherence to FAA-related requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; U.S. citizenship required for access.
• Ability to interpret and follow engineering requirements and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to train and complete required modules and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, including soldering and hardware installation.
• Inspect own work to ensure it meets workmanship standards, engineering requirements and design specifications.
• Meet productivity expectations to satisfy customer deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report progress to leads/supervisors.
• Participate in audits, cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
