Role requires a HS diploma or GED with U.S. citizenship; training will develop technical skills, and continuous improvement efforts are encouraged. Onsite work with a 2:00PM-10:00PM shift, potential training mornings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent vocational training.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information for this program/contract.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical assembly tasks under supervision, including soldering and hardware installation.
• Inspect own work to ensure it meets workmanship standards and design specs.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and report progress to leads.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete trainings and acquire required certifications as needed.
