Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division seeks an Industry Territory Representative to strengthen dealer relationships and drive customer value across the specified territories. This role focuses on guiding sales strategies and supporting rollout of products and services to enhance dealer capabilities and growth.

Domestic travel up to 50% is required with relocation assistance offered. The position emphasizes growing CVAs at sale, leveraging CRM, and working with internal teams to meet yearly

Qualifications

• Experience building dealer relationships and driving growth across assigned territories.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement sales actions.
• Proven track record in achieving annual sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the following dealer territories: Milton and Carter Machinery.
• Work with dealers to identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve yearly Sales to Users growth targets.
• Regularly meet with customers on EP Sales needs and discuss Cat Value Proposition, Products and Services.
• Grow Customer Value Agreements (CVA) at Point-of-Sale coverage with EP customers through CVA frameworks.
