Consumers Energy in Alma, MI is seeking a Supervisor Electric Operations to provide planning, direction, and oversight of field construction, maintenance, and emergency work for electric transmission and distribution. This role focuses on delivering safe, cost-effective results within a defined geographic area.

You will lead cross-functional teams, supervise personnel actions, participate in on-call rotations, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Technical, or related field with two or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.
• Associate degree in a Business, Technical, or related field with four or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with six or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Influences others outside of department area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Manage and resolve escalated complaints.
• Inspect job sites, plan new assignments, and supervise projects as required.
• Ensure projects and departmental milestones are achieved within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to align resources and schedules.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly operating reviews and related meetings.
