Consumers Energy in Sparta, MI is seeking a Supervisor Electric Operations to oversee field construction, maintenance, and emergency work across the electric transmission and distribution system. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position is onsite at the North Kent Service Center in Sparta, with relocation support for qualified candidates. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years electrical/leadership experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years electrical/leadership experience.
• High school diploma with 6+ years related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct planning and oversight of field construction, maintenance, service and emergency work.
• Ensure projects and milestones meet budgets.
• Lead Daily/Weekly Operating Reviews.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and departments.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to on-call events and storm restoration.
