• Alternatively, an Associate Degree with four or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.
• Or a High School Diploma or GED with six or more years of related electrical or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Influences others outside department on policies and procedures.
• Manage and resolve escalated complaints.
• Inspect job sites and plan new assignments; supervise projects.
• Ensure projects and milestones stay within approved budgets.
• Lead on-call rotation and storm restoration resources.
• Oversee safety compliance and training programs.
