Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License.
5+ years in distribution/construction operations or 5–10 years in supervision of direct reports.
Ability to establish good working relationships with employees, contractors and community groups.
Ability to attain a good working knowledge of union contracts.

Responsibilities

Supervisory tasks in Electric Operations related to construction, design, planning, and scheduling for WPS electric transmission and distribution systems.
Collaborate with contracted companies to achieve project results.
Ensure safety of employees, customers, and contractors during all work activities.
Plan, coordinate and conduct safety meetings and trainings.
Manage work assignments to minimize overtime and costs while maintaining customer service.
